The center of body is a one of seventh mind bases that Dhammakaya Meditation technique use for focus the position. The most common techniques that Dhammakaya meditation uses are:
1.Breathing – following how the breath goes all the way to the center of the body, and maintaining the focus steadily at the center
2.Visualization – visualizing a simple, round object, like the sun, the moon or a crystal ball at the center of the body
3.Mantra – repeating a simple and easy phrase silently from the center of the body and feeling it echoing to all parts of the body and beyond. A good mantra is “Clear and Bright”, “Here and Now” or the mantra that is usually used in Dhammakaya meditation “Samma Arahang” (Samma = correct, righteous; arahang = purity). Together “Samma Arahang” means the right way to purity.
